Our Pricing
It is important to us to be valued and supported in our work, as well as to honor the going rates for teaching artists (learn more about going rates here.) and the many years of unpaid practice, study, curriculum development, song composition, recording, conference attendance, equipment purchase, administrative work, etc. that makes our work possible. It is also very important to us to keep our work accessible, so we will always do everything that we can to find solutions for schools that don't have the means to pay within our sliding scale range. Please don’t let cost be a barrier. Whether subsidizing prices with funds from schools who are able to pay on the higher end of our sliding scale, or offering additional services such as professional development, community concerts, work with middle or upper school, or other options that increase our impact while allowing schools to utilize multiple budget lines in order to fund our visit, let’s make it work. Thank you for valuing the work that we do with your school and all the unseen work that precedes it.
*All prices include travel for locations within two hours of Philadelphia. Locations beyond 2 hours distance should factor in additional travel costs, lodging and per diem expenses.
*When schools are able to afford the higher end of our sliding scale, we are able to lower prices for schools and organizations that do not have the same means.
Virtual/In-Person School Assemblies (30-50 minutes): $900-1,500 Sliding Scale; $1,200-1,800 for two assemblies (pricing includes complimentary copies of our children’s album “The Future Is Bright/World of Love” for your students and teachers as either hard copies for children to take home to their families, or downloadable versions for an added free value of over $1000 per 100 students included in the assembly fee)
Virtual/In-Person Workshops and PD (60-180 minutes): $900-1,500 Sliding Scale; $1,200-1,800 for two workshops
Virtual/In-Person Day Rate (includes five hours of prep time and follow up): $1,800-2,500 Sliding Scale
Community Concerts (20-60 minutes): $0-$1,500 Sliding Scale
